REPRESENTATIVE PROJECTS:

Telecommunication Site Development Support - Managed and Directed Phase I & II Environmental Assessments, NEPA Screening, Soil Resistivity Surveys, Antenna Tower Inspections, Antenna Azimuth Aiming and Construction Testing at locations throughout the southeastern United States.

Phase I/Phase II Environmental Assessments - Managed and conducted Phase I & II Environmental Assessments at numerous locations throughout the southeastern United States. Investigative methods include inspection, soil boring installation and monitoring well installation. Work elements included groundwater sampling, soil sampling, and soil gas surveying as well as subsequent report preparation detailing field investigation findings.

Contamination Assessments, Project Manager -- Managed and conducted contamination assessment investigations at approximately 10 facilities throughout northern Florida. Investigations have included the assessment of soils, groundwater and surface waters.

Remedial System Operation and Maintenance, Project Scientist -Trouble shooting on more difficult O & M problems, weekly site inspections, recovery well efficiency evaluations.

Asbestos/Lead Surveys and Air-Monitoring, FL, GA, Project Manager - Conducted surveys taking bulk samples and performed air-monitoring/clearance sampling during abatement activities utilizing Phase Contrast Microscopy. Experienced working on military installations, federal/state owned buildings, and commercial/private buildings.

Underground Storage Tank Removals, FL, GA, Project Manager - Supervised removal of several underground storage tanks, including closure sampling and closure assessment report preparation.

Dry Cleaning Facility, FL - Conducted a delineation of a chlorinated solvent plume using a portable gas chromatograph and the installation of site monitoring wells.

Automobile Service Stations, FL, GA - Directed the horizontal and vertical delineation of petroleum products impacting soil and groundwater utilizing a Geoprobe and organic vapor analyzer. Directed the installation of site monitoring wells. Performed UST removals, prepared UST Closure Assessment Reports, and conducted initial remedial actions. Prepared the Site Assessments for the FDEP.

DOL Job Corp Sites, FL, CON, DEL, R.I. - Completed a Phase I ESA, NEPA identifying the recognized environmental conditions. Prepared the Phase I ESA, NEPA, and FONSI report which are published in the Federal Register.
